Papers from the Charter Rights and Values in the Administrative State: Where is Doré? Workshop may be published in a special issue of the Constitutional Forum constitutionnel. The Forum provides an opportunity for academics, graduate students, lawyers, and others to publish thoughtful, well written articles about current constitutional issues to a wide audience.

Target length for papers will be 3000-6000 words (with a bit of flexibility on the upper end of the word count). You can request peer review or not for your article. For those of you who want your paper peer reviewed, the deadline will be July 1, 2026. For those of you who do not, the deadline will be August 1, 2026.

Citation style is based on the Canadian Uniform Guide to Legal Citation (McGill Guide), 10th ed. Where the Guide is not clear, follow the Chicago Manual of Style, 18th ed. For submissions in French, follow Multidictionnaire de la langue francaise, 7e ed.
